Laser Sharp

LaserSharp is the control software for the Biorad MRC 1024 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope. It runs on a Compaq Computer dedicated to the confocal system. This computer runs the OS/2 operating system.

• Start LaserSharp, click on Icon.
• Login
• Choose method
• Choose objective
• Set objective in LaserSharp
• LaserSharp buttons: scan, save, 3-D, erase
• Scan speed, digital filters, zoom, power
• Scanning iris, gain, black level
• Short cut keys.
• Z-axis sontrols.
