Pepe Romero "Informance"At the Peace College

At Peace College this year, we are inaugurating a new partnership with the NC Symphony, which includes a new chamber music series as well as guest appearances by some of the artists who will be performing with the symphony on their Classical series.

Pepe Romero will be on our campus on Thursday, Nov.11, at 7:30 PM for what is billed as an "informance." Gerhardt Zimmermann will introduce Mr. Romero, and he will then discuss his career, answer questions, and interact with those in the audience. We also hope and anticipate that he will play, but we don't know that for certain. Following his presentation, there will be a reception at which the audience will have an opportunity to visit with Mr. Romero.

The "informance" will take place in Kenan Recital Hall, which is located in the Browne-McPherson Music Building on the corner of Peace and Halifax Streets in downtown Raleigh.
